Because all the interaction is done remotely via our therapeutic app, our talking cure sessions are ready to use, whenever you are ready to talk. During the therapy sessions, which are free to use, ideas and suggestions will be gently mentioned so that you can respond with whatever comes to mind. This process of gentle prompting will help guide you to new thoughts, feelings, understandings and insights. During the conversation, sooner or later, you may notice that you begin to feel differently about that old problem. That you may see it in a different light, from a different perspective. You might be able to imagine the time when you can begin to leave it behind you.
Free therapy online, what’s the catch?
Yes, it is free to use. All the sessions in our Negative Emotions (Stress Depression), Unwanted Behaviours (Fear, Phobia), Physical Feelings (Chronic Pain), Physical Illness and Life Coaching sections are free to use whenever and as often as you need. There is no catch.
To help fund the site there are some in-session purchases available, usually a specialist therapy for that specific issue, or a full transcript of the session. There is also a Paid Courses section where there is a charge for those therapies and coaching sessions.
Offering free online therapy, why would you do that?
