Unwanted Behaviours Trial Session
If this is your first time working on an unwanted behaviour, then start with the trial session. The pre-session notes provide valuable ideas and advice that will help you get the most from this and future sessions.
If you have an unwanted behaviour, for example: anger, fear, phobia or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that you'd like to change, then this 15-35 minute session is the place to start. During the session you'll work on the root cause of the behaviour and learn strategies to help detach it.
